I am presently using airofit to improve my sports performance. I play recreational badminton often and swimming occasionally, while playing badminton I used to struggle breathing, with slight effort I resorted to mouth breathing and hyperventilation now with airofit it has become nasal breathing overall less tiring. I am now more relaxed while swimming because using airofit increased my lung capacity. Breath training with airofit also strengthened my respiratory muscles and core.

I am using Airofit since from 3 months. I am triathlete, training for IRONMAN. After using Airofit I can able to swim bilateral (Dual sides breathing) i.e 3 strokes breathing. Really helpful in increasing lung capacity and overall stamina My son is a swimmer and needs a lot of lung capacity and stamina to do well. He always complained about feeling breathless and was not able to swim for longer duration. We did a lung capacity test and found it was below avg. for his age.
